AFYP's faculty and staff, fondly known as "The Red Shirts," are working professionals in the industry: actors, directors, and teaching artists who are constantly honing their skills through their creative endeavors and bringing those skills back to share with our students. We are also fortunate to work with students from George Mason University's School of Theater, providing an arena for qualified upperclassmen to apply the techniques they're learning, and share their love of theater with younger generations.
